Sling TV Freestream Expands Free Channel Offerings, Including The Price is Right: The Barker Years

Sling TV’s Freestream service has expanded its free ad-supported streaming offerings with the recent addition of four new channels, including a nostalgic favorite, “The Price is Right: The Barker Years.”

This move is part of their strategy to consistently introduce new content each week, catering to audiences looking for cost-free alternatives to subscription-based platforms.

The Price is Right: The Barker Years

Currently boasting an impressive collection, Sling TV Freestream now provides access to over 430 free channels and a library of more than 41,000 on-demand titles.

This places it among the growing ranks of free ad-supported platforms, such as Roku Channel and Tubi, that are gaining popularity as viewers seek budget-friendly entertainment options.

Accessible through the Sling app on various devices, including Amazon, Roku, Comcast, LG, Samsung, Xbox, and Vizio, Sling TV Freestream aims to eliminate barriers to entry for viewers by not requiring any payment or credit card information.

Among the new channels introduced this week are Fight Network, PFL, Quip, and the aforementioned “The Price is Right: The Barker Years.”

This addition follows last week’s expansion, which included channels like:

  • FilmRise Mysteries
  • The Real McCoys
  • Heartland en Español
  • The Life and Legend of Wyatt Earp
  • Kim’s Convenience
  • Mythical 24/7
  • CAMPUSLORE SPORTS
  • HORROR MACHINE
  • COURT SPORTS NETWORK
  • WIRED2FISH TV
  • The Ed Sullivan Show

The diverse range of content aims to attract audiences looking for high-quality programming without the financial commitment associated with traditional subscription services.

As Sling TV Freestream continues to broaden its content library, it positions itself as a compelling option in the increasingly competitive landscape of free ad-supported streaming platforms.
